Crown Wheel & Pinion gear cutting
For supply of fully finished crownwheels and pinions, a separate facility has set up in Pune.
This factory has the following facility :
- S17 Orlikon machines
- ST2 Orlikon gear testing machine
- S13 Gleason tester
- SL2 Orlikon gear blade grinders
- Cylindrical Grinding Machines
- Continues Gas Carburising furnace with capacity 150 jgs/hour
- Phosphating Plant
Currently 4500 Nos of fully finished Crownwheels/Pinions sets are being produced every month
