RING ROLLING

1000 Ton Press:
Hydraulic open forging press with mobile manipulators (up to 5 tons capacity) for manufacturing ring rolling blanks and open forged discs (up to 2500 mm dia).

2500 Ton Press:
Fully automatic 3-station hydraulic press with robotic arm for profile-shaped close die blanks and closed die forgings (up to 350 kg).

Ring Rolling Machine:
Numerically controlled axial and radial ring rolling machine (63/80 tons capacity) for producing rectangular and profile rings (up to 2.5 meters dia) and flanges (up to 80”).
